What Fine Print is

Fine Print is a software tool built and operated by DBTech45 (dbtech45.com). It reads documents you upload and explains them in plain English, using artificial intelligence to produce each report. In these terms, “we” means DBTech45.

What Fine Print is not

Fine Print is not a law firm, a lawyer, a medical billing advocate, or a financial advisor. Nothing in a report is legal, medical, tax, or financial advice, and using Fine Print does not create an attorney-client relationship. Reports can contain mistakes. Check anything important against the document itself, and talk to a licensed professional before acting on anything with serious consequences.

Your responsibilities

• Only upload documents you have the right to share.
• Review every letter before you send it, fill in the placeholders, and make sure every statement in it is true.
• Don't use Fine Print to mislead anyone, hide assets, or avoid an obligation you owe.

Payment and refunds

A full report costs $29, charged once through Stripe. The charge appears on your statement under DBTech45. If the report doesn't help you, reply to your receipt within 14 days and we'll refund it.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid for the report involved.
