DESIGN.md
Seven Layer Labs, as shipped
The sevenlayerlabs.com that actually went live: HTML5UP Dimension base, modal articles over a blurred photo, and a seven-color layer palette.
The Design Desk
Paula keeps a design record for every project in the lab. DESIGN.md documents the site as it actually shipped: real colors pulled from the CSS, real fonts, real component recipes. REDESIGN.md is the other half: a brand-new direction written in the same format, with a rendered preview you can open.
Both use the same ten sections, so any AI agent or developer can pick one up and build pages that match. Drop either file into a repo and say "follow this."
